How does it work?
Chat
First we talk. The initial complementary consultation takes approximately 20-30 minutes. What do you have and how it is currently stored? What are your challenges and pain points? How do you want to enjoy your printed and/or digital photos? How can my services help you achieve your goals?
Plan
The next step is an inventory of your entire photo collection. Based on the volume, location, format, and condition of your printed and digital photos, we work together to design a personalized plan for you. Every successful project needs a plan!
Gather
Now the fun begins! I collect your printed and digital photos, keeping a careful inventory of photos stored on phones, cameras, CDs, SD cards, thumb drives, in shoe boxes, closets, unfinished photo albums, etc. This step is important and often takes longer than people realize.
Organize
I consolidate and organize your photos, based on our personal plan for you. Printed photos are grouped, labeled, stored in archival boxes, and digitized where appropriate. For digital photos, I can clean up and supplement your photo metadata — date, location, event, activity, keyword, etc. Security and accessibility are priorities, so we design a backup process to ensure your digital photos are always safe.
Share
Once you have an organized photo library, you can decide how to enjoy your many memories. I can create albums, photo books, slideshows, websites, and videos for you to share with friends, families, and loved ones. There are so many options to share your precious memories. All of them require organization!

Printed Photo Organizing
Let’s get those printed photos out of those old envelopes, shoe boxes and bins. I will organize your printed photo collection in a high-quality archival storage system.
Backup Solutions
Keep your digital collection secure! All digital images should be backed up both onsite and in the cloud. I will work with you to setup a backup solution if you do not currently have one.
Scanning
Safely preserve your printed photos by scanning them to create digital images. I can digitize regular size 4×6 and 5×7 photos as well as other precious memories, such as children’s artwork and newspaper articles.
Digital Photo Organizing
It is estimated that over 85% of pictures are taken on smartphones. We snap pictures of our kids, our trips, and even our food. All of these photos can quickly grow into a disorganized mess. I will sort, curate, and tag your digital photos. I can also help you keep your system organized with regular maintenance.
Photo Albums and Slideshows
Share your special events and memories with friends and loved ones! Photo books and slideshows can be wonderful keepsakes and gifts. Photo books come in many sizes and styles, and I will work with you to tailor just the right book to tell your story. Birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Graduations, Weddings, Retirements are all wonderful oocations to share your favorite memories through a slideshow.

I’m a certified project manager with over 10 years managing large technology projects.
My interest in photo organizing came from my own feeling of being overwhelmed by my family’s growing number of digital photos, which felt like they were all over the place. Being organized in most areas of my personal and professional life, this “photo overwhelm” became a personal challenge to overcome.
